Shipping Policy
Once you place your order from the Emmpeccably Seasoned store, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have questions about your order or don't receive confirmation, feel free to reach out at @info.emmpeccableats@gmail.com. Once your order has been placed, it may no longer be eligible for change or cancellation after 30 minutes.
During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be fulfilled in 2-4 business days.
During the holiday rush, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. . Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email or text with the tracking number.
Emmpeccably Seasoned cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office or UPS to inquire further.
Return & Exchange Policy

Seasoning & Salt blends – Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.

Returns and replacements are offered for defective, broken, or missing items, however, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Upon receiving your returned merchandise (within 14 days of purchase), a refund in the amount of the purchase (minus shipping) will be initiated immediately. Please allow for the transaction to be fully processed within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to different accounts or credit cards.
